I was born in West Hartford, Connecticut and enjoyed many summers in Ogunquit before moving to Maine.  After graduating from Holy Cross College I worked in Information Technology for many years doing software engineering and technical support.  I co-owned and operated Distant Sands Bed & Breakfast in Ogunquit for eight years.

I have a deep appreciation and love of the southern Maine seacoast.  I am committed to ensuring that every client receives professional, diligent treatment.  You will benefit from my extensive market knowledge and impeccable attention to detail. I specialize in homes in Wells, Ogunquit, York, and the Berwicks.  I will help you list your house or find that special second home or investment property.

Steve is also a Commercial specialist and will help you prepare your commercial property for sale or help you locate a business property.

I am  a licensed commercial pilot with instrument rating.  I also served on the Ogunquit Planning Board as it's Chairman for five years, always striving to maintain the quaintness of the 'Beautiful Place by the Sea'.
