The spacious master bedroom located on the second floor has a queen size bed, six new sky lights, and bath with shower. First floor offers a full bath, two more bedrooms, one with a pair of twin beds and the second with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal has been outfitted with new kitchen cabinets and countertops that compliment the cozy cottage feel.

The spacious front porch with two seating areas offers the perfect place to hang out and relax with family and friends following a day at the beach. Landscaped back yard patio area has table and chairs for outdoor dining and gas grill to cook up easy summer meals.  Lots of yard space on the side for games and entertainment and driveway parking for 3 plus vehicles.

All rooms enhanced with beach-themed artwork including antique sheet music and old prints.

All linens and towels included. Other amenities include 32 inch satellite TV, CD player and DVD player. Washer and dryer. Plenty of parking. Sorry, no pets or smoking.
