2. In Season, is rented weekly only. From 2pm on Saturday of check-in until the following Saturday at 10am.

3. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellation.

4. Please add 7% Maine Lodging Tax

5. Check-out will be by 10am, you and your guests.  Parking is not permitted on the property after your checkout.

6. Self-Catering Property.  House shall be in the same condition as found. Maximum number of persons allowed on property must be listed confirmation letter.

7. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

8. Rented Saturday-to-Satuday in the high season.

9. Linen Service is included with your stay!
